When Will My Order Ship?
Orders that are placed by the consumer will ship the same day, Monday through Friday, as long as they are received by 3pm EST that business day. Please note that shipping time may be affected by inclement weather.
Where Do You Ship?
We will ship to any location within the Continental United States if the order(s) are placed using GROUND SHIPPING. We can arrange for shipping outside of the US via AIR, but custom charges may apply.

If an order is over 69 lbs, additional boxes will reflect same charges as the Shipping Charges chart below implies. All pet food is shipped via UPS. If additional shipping charges apply, they will be added to the total charged to you.

When ordering supplements, treats and natural remedies along with food, the weight of said items will be added to the order defaulting the shipping charges accordingly. Supplements ordered without pet food will be shipped either via Priority Mail or UPS.
International Shipping: We can only ship pet food within the continental United States. However, we can ship supplements internationally for additional shipping charges. Please e-mail us for exact shipping charges on international orders.
Tracking Your Order
After you have submitted your order along with a valid email address, you will receive a tracking number from UPS, once the package has left the facility.
Return Policy
All unopened product returned to PHD Products, Inc., 11 Clearbrook Rd, Elmsford NY 10523 within 10 business days of the customer's receiving of that product will be credited original cost of product (shipping fees not applicable) less a 20% restocking fee. Sorry, we do not refund shipping charges.
